Job summary

Papa Johns Chagrin Falls is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure accurate product delivery and friendly service. You will check orders for quality, handle cash transactions, and operate with urgency and teamwork.

Responsibilities include pre-delivery prep, learning routes, assisting other team members, maintaining a clean workspace, and upholding uniform standards while delivering to customers in a courteous manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to drive in the state(s) of operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy and follow proper delivery procedures.
• Provide quality customer service through positive interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, and support other workstations.
• Close shifts with cleaning and restocking, and maintain uniform and appearance standards.
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, manage cash, and assist with selling to increase check averages.
