Job summary

Papa John's - Cleveland is seeking a Delivery Driver to check orders for accuracy, deliver to customers safely and on time, and support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. You will follow Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operational standards, and adhere to applicable laws.

As a delivery driver, you will work as part of a team, be punctual for shifts, assist other workstations, and contribute to an energetic and professional atmosphere while maintaining cash handling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Reliable vehicle and the ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery vehicle prep, learn the delivery area, check orders for quality and accuracy, follow proper delivery procedures; provide quality customer service in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team; be on time for shifts; support other workstations; maintain uniform and appearance standards; contribute to teamwork and energy.
• Process order paperwork and payments, handle cash, use the focus system, suggestively sell to increase average check, protect company assets, maintain clean work areas.
