The position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and handling cash and charges daily. Frequent interaction with store management is required.

This labor-intensive role requires lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds multiple times per day, along with reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be necessary during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including maneuvering in tight spaces
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards, build displays, and ensure shelves are attractive and stocked
• Move products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
