Job summary

Border States is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to support our warehouse operations in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on delivering materials to customer sites and branches while maintaining a clean vehicle and accurate logs.

You will also handle routine maintenance scheduling and ensure compliance with DOT/state inspections. Customer service is a key priority in daily interactions with clients and truck readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Current medical certification required.
• Clean driving record essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to Border States branches and customer sites.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in clean, good condition, and monitor maintenance.
• Schedule DOT/state mandated inspection visits.
• Keep daily driver logs and vehicle inspection sheets.
• Load and unload materials; provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic and safety regulations.
