Job summary

Aaron’s delivery drivers in Louisville, KY support store operations by safely loading, delivering, installing, and demonstrating merchandise to customers. You will interact with customers daily, ensuring clear product usage and satisfaction while upholding Aaron’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions and 18 for Canada.
• Valid state driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification if required for location.
• Able to work 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Outdoor weather exposure and walking/driving in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise for customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
