Benefits & Scheduling:

• $24.75/hour(paid weekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4 -day workweek 40 OR Less than 40 hoursis typical
• Schedule for FT Team Members is arotationwhere team members should not work more than 3-4 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time.
• Expect daytime shift with future potential to work 2 shift if desired
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break

What does a Delivery Associate do?

• o Drives a delivery van to drop off packages to customers. We are a Last Mile Delivery company.
• o Typical working days are up to 10 hours.
• o Follows strict safety standards on and off the road.
• o Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
• o Uses handheld technology to manage the delivery process.

Duties

• Successfully handle anddeliverpackageson time
• Safelydrive and perform safetyinspectionson Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provideexcellent customer serviceand satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pacein physicallyjob; work in allweatherconditions and on various routes;lift and lowerpackages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis;tilt, push and slidepackages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off ahand truckwithout a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use providedsmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must holda non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s licenseMust be authorized to work in the United States. ***PROBATIONARY LICENSES NOT ACCEPTED***
• Must consent to a drug screening.
• Must have a satisfactorymotor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills
