FullMoon Logistics LLC is a Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers to join our growing team.

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to detail, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related)driving experience is a plus,but not mandatory
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $24.00 per hour (paid biweekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-days’ workweek and 40 hours is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle anddeliver packageson time
• Safely drive and perform safetyinspections on Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provideexcellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace inphysically demanding job; work in allweather conditions and on various routes;lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis;tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off ahand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Usesmart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must holda non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactorymotor vehicle report
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• No delivery experience required but definitely welcomed
• Must work on weekends if business required

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
