Job summary

Dakota Supply Group in Otsego, MN is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our warehouse and customer delivery team. The role involves loading, unloading, and transporting materials, coordinating with shop and customers, and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries within a 150-mile radius.

You will operate a forklift, use RF scanners and computers, and perform warehouse tasks when not on deliveries. We value safety, dependability, and good communication, with ESOP ownership and generous benefits

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain a medical card.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/delivery experience.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work under deadlines.
• Safety training in material handling and forklift operation.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Physical ability to lift 70–325 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery truck safely according to policy.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on loading.
• Inspect truck and trailer per DOT standards.
• Report vehicle safety or maintenance issues.
• Communicate delivery dates and times to customers.
• Deliver to customer locations within ~150 miles of branch.
• Unload materials per customer instructions.
• Follow DOT/FMCSA and OSHA regulations.
• Operate forklift and use RF scanner.
• Assist in warehouse duties when not delivering.
