Dakota Supply Group in Fargo, ND is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Delivery Driver for a full-time hourly role. You will pull orders, pack, stage deliveries, operate forklifts, and maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment.

A typical day includes using RF scanners, loading trucks, assisting Receiving, and ensuring accurate inventory. The position offers ESOP ownership, training, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Ability to operate forklifts and basic warehouse equipment.
• Comfort with RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull material from locations to fill each order.
• Pack, label and place orders for delivery.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment.
• Assist Receiving and load delivery trucks as needed.
• Inspect trucks and ensure safe operation before delivery.
