Job summary

Dakota Supply Group seeks a Class A CDL Delivery Driver for our Fort Dodge, IA location. This full-time, hourly role runs typically 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with delivery duties, vehicle inspections, and order fulfillment across nearby customers and jobsites.

The position emphasizes safe driving, accurate loading/unloading, and teamwork within warehouse operations. Benefits include ESOP and ongoing training to support growth and stability.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL with current medical card is required.
• 1–3 years of product/warehouse/delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work under pressure and deadlines.
• Safety training in material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 70–325 lbs with or without assistance.
• Prior computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and jobsites.
• Load and unload materials, secure items and transport safely.
• Inspect truck and trailer per DOT standards.
• Communicate delivery dates and times with customers.
• Drive within ~150 miles of the branch location.
• Assist in warehouse duties when not on deliveries.
• Adhere to safety policies and vehicle program.
