Job summary

Weller Truck Parts in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely operate company vehicles and ensure timely deliveries while delivering professional customer service. This safety-sensitive role requires adherence to traffic laws and company policies.

You will complete daily driving logs, inspect vehicles, follow routes via iPad, secure loads, obtain proofs of delivery, and help maintain warehouse and facility cleanliness. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proven delivery driver experience preferred.
• Ability to operate GPS devices safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain logs.
• Follow routes and schedules using an iPad.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips.
• Fuel delivery vehicles with a company card and log expenses.
• Secure loads with straps and ensure safe handling of goods.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain delivery records and vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and errands as needed.
