Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial and DIY customers with automotive guidance and service. You will operate company-provided vehicles, load and unload parts, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while upholding safety policies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and product knowledge, with availability across mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18+ to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles for on-time deliveries to customers; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely following company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems; report vehicle issues promptly.
