You will deliver parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide expert advice, and assist with installations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and friendly service in a retail setting.

The position requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and basic automotive knowledge. A full-time flexible schedule includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and installation services.
• Lead and collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver parts safely and on schedule; load and unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; report vehicle issues promptly.
