Job summary

2ULaundry is seeking a Delivery Driver in Charlotte, NC to pick up and deliver laundry using a company van. You will follow a pre-planned route serving residential and business customers, with a focus on consistent, friendly service.

The role offers a guaranteed wage model with weekly pay, starting at $15/hour ($13.26 base + pooled tips). Part-time schedule about 10–15 hours/week, typically 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, including weekends. Company vehicle provided and benefits accrue for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lb bags repeatedly.
• 2+ years delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van on a pre-planned route.
• Pick up and deliver laundry to homes and businesses.
• Follow delivery instructions using our app and routing tools.
• Communicate customer notes and requests to the team.
