Job summary

2ULaundry, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver in Charlotte, NC to operate a company van along a fixed route, delivering laundry to homes and businesses. You will use our app and routing tools to follow a pre-planned schedule and provide friendly, reliable service at every stop.

Earn at least $15/hour with guaranteed wages, paid weekly, and a route-based schedule. The position requires a clean driving record, 25+ years old, ability to lift 50+ lb, and the ability to work independently in a team

Delivery Driver

Company Vehicle Provided | Weekly Pay + Tips | No Personal Car Needed

At 2ULaundry, you’re not just delivering laundry, you’re delivering time back to people’s lives. You’ll drive one of our pink vans along a set route, serving residential and business customers.

No rideshare chaos. No waiting for orders. No wear and tear on your personal vehicle. Just a consistent route, a supportive team, and customers who appreciate what you do.

Pay & Schedule (What You Need to Know)

Earn at least $15/hour with our guaranteed wage model

• Base pay: $13.26/hour + pooled tips
• Guaranteed: $15.00/hour minimum
• If tips are higher, you keep the extra

Paid weekly

• Weekly paycheck (every Friday)
• Weekly tip payouts

Schedule

• Part-time, approx. 32 - 40 Hours / Week
• Shifts typically between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday
• Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company van on a pre-planned route
• Pick up and deliver laundry to homes and businesses
• Follow delivery instructions using our app and routing tools
• Communicate customer notes and requests to the team
• Provide friendly, reliable service at every stop

What We’re Looking For

• Clean driving record with at least 5 years of driving history
• 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lb bags repeatedly
• Comfortable being active, on your feet, and in/out of a van
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Delivery or driving experience is a plus

A Quick Look at the Day

Start at the facility, load your van, and head out on your route. You’ll make a mix of pickup and delivery stops, using our app to guide you.

You’ll be driving, walking, and lifting throughout the shift, staying active and on the move. At the end of the day, you’ll return to the facility, unload, and wrap up.
