Job summary

Oerlikon Group is seeking a Delivery Driver for our Wixom, MI facility. The role involves operating company vans to pick up and deliver coated products between the Coating Center and customers, with occasional work in the coating center.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, documentation, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with fleet policies. A strong work ethic, safety focus, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on work and able to lift 44 lbs.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. export regulations ITAR compliance – eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and co-workers in a customer-friendly manner.
• Demonstrate safe driving habits and patience.
• Handle customer tooling with care.
• Liaise with Center Management for customer needs and market conditions.
• Follow Fleet Management requirements and maintain delivery vehicle.
• Keep registrations, license plates and insurance up to date.
• Work in the coating center when not driving.
