Job Title: Delivery Driver - Store #705413

This position involves delivering products, including hazardous materials, from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers using box and flat-bed trucks. The driver ensures complete, correct, and safe deliveries to the right customers, maintaining customer satisfaction and safety in transportation.

The role includes contact with customers, which may involve minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuables. To protect our operations and reputation, a review of criminal history is required, ensuring safety for staff, vendors, contractors, and the public.

The successful candidate will work at Store #705413, located at 90 Corando Drive, Springfield, MA 01104.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with hazardous materials endorsement
• Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a DOT-licensed medical examiner or willing to obtain one within five days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year experience as a delivery driver
• Experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Previous experience selling paint and related products
• Multilingual abilities, including Spanish
