Division and Position Summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has over 100 years of experience in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This full-time position has a schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm, or until all deliveries are completed, with potential overtime based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate a box truck or semi on delivery routes, making 10-20 deliveries daily.
2. Maintain accurate records and logs of driving and deliveries.
3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
4. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, using team lifts or mechanical aids for tires.
5. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
6. Deliver orders to customer locations safely and punctually in all weather conditions.
7. Operate a handheld device to fulfill all delivery requirements.
8. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
9. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert pushing force of 40 pounds, and operate equipment safely with protective gear provided. Work environment includes outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise, and exposure to fumes from tires and lubricants.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be 23 years or older.
2. Valid CDL B license with a good driving record.
3. At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
4. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 80 pounds occasionally.
5. Ability to follow safety procedures and provide quality customer service.
6. Ability to work overtime and pass a pre-employment drug test.
7. Valid DOT Medical Card.
