The Honickman Companies, a major beverage employer, is hiring CDL Drivers for the Canada Dry division in the Landover area. This full-time role offers home daily routes and a commission-based earning potential, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and union-backed benefits.

You will deliver well-known brands like Sunkist, A&W, Snapple and Sparkling Ice to stores on an assigned route, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage included.

Qualifications

• Needs CDL Class B with air brakes endorsement.
• Comfortable operating a side loader truck.
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• Must have a clean driving record per DOT and company standards.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, dollies and delivery equipment a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stores and customer locations on an assigned route.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Organize route for timely deliveries.
• Stock and merchandise products when needed.
• Handle invoices and collect payments when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers on your route.
