Job summary

Architectural Surfaces in Nashville is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to support our logistics and transportation operations. You will safely transport products to designated destinations while maintaining professionalism, safety, and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, a clean driving record, knowledge of DOT regulations, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle on-road situations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Experience with short haul driving preferred.
• Clean driving record with a proven track record of safety required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Knowledge of and adherence to DOT regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations on the road.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, reporting any issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Compliance: Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hours of service and weight restrictions.
