Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a safety‑driven delivery driver to manage spot sales, delivery and merchandising on assigned routes. You will operate with a Class A CDL and comply with DOT regulations while maintaining product freshness and timely deliveries.

The role requires lifting up to 165 lbs, a clean driving record, and the ability to complete daily routes within 12 hours. On‑the‑job training and collaboration with the Delivery Manager will support your success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Class A CDL required.
• DOT certificate up-to-date.
• Ability to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and merchandise products on assigned routes.
• Adhere to company programs and policies for safe, timely delivery and minimized returns.
• Conduct daily Pre-Tip vehicle inspection and maintain a clean driving record.
• Follow DOT regulations and the approved delivery structure.
• Identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities and work with Delivery Manager for coaching and training.

This position is accountable for spot sales, delivery and merchandising of all products on various routes on a fillin basis. This position requires some experience and a Class A CDL.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.• Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle.• Maintain a clean driving record.• Adhere to all DOT regulations.• Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities.• Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.• Will participate in “work with” and “ride with” days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Team Leader to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.• Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.SAFETYDue to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high level of continual alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitive position.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh School diploma/GEDMust have a driving record acceptable to the CompanyClass A CDL requiredDOT certificate up-to-dateAbility to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165lbs
