LSB-Bloomington - Bloomington, IL 61701, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.00 - $26.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Job Shift: Day, This position is accountable for spot sales, delivery and merchandising of all products on various routes on a fillin basis. This position requires some experience and a Class A CDL.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.
• Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations.
• Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities.
• Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.
• Will participate in “work with” and “ride with” days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Team Leader to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.
• Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.
