Job summary

Platt Electric Supply in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Branch Driver to deliver products to customers, branch locations, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). You will ensure orders are accurate, documents are complete, and routes are followed safely.

The role emphasizes daily vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, and customer service while maintaining safety standards and complying with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain a non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete a daily inspection report.
• Load/unload material, verify order quantities and catalog numbers.
• Ensure delivery documentation is completed and signed (receipts, packing lists, manifests).
• Travel to customer sites and offsite locations; assist in preparing orders for delivery if needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report repairs to supervisor.
