Platt Electric Supply in Tracy, CA is seeking a Branch Driver I to deliver products to customers and branch locations in a delivery van or box truck (no CDL required). The role emphasizes safety, accurate order handling, and proper documentation to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain the vehicle in good condition, follow DOT and traffic laws, and may assist with loading, stocking, and other branch duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass motor vehicle record checks.
• Must obtain medical certification as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must comply with DOT/local/state driving laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, branches, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (no CDL required).
• Inspect vehicle and complete daily inspection reports.
• Load and unload material; verify order quantity and type for accuracy.
• Complete delivery documentation with customer signature and packing list.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery and return material inspections.
