Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is hiring a Delivery Driver NON D.O.T. to support the service team by delivering beverages to customers’ retail locations across Texas. You’ll verify orders, rotate stock, collect payments, and ensure a positive delivery experience.

Responsibilities include organizing back stock, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing required paperwork, and communicating with sales staff about opportunities or challenges. A valid Texas license and safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and follow through on commitments.
• Good oral and written communication and teamwork.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/write English.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HS diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload deliveries at customer locations with equipment help.
• Verify order accuracy and obtain signatures/payments.
• Keep back stock areas organized and displays updated.
• Record paperwork and maintain route documentation.
• Communicate opportunities or issues to sales staff.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and report issues.
• Drive in various weather conditions and ensure vehicle safety.
