Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Delivery Driver NON D.O.T. to support the service team by delivering beverage products to retail locations in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include verifying orders, unloading safely, stocking back stock and displays, and completing paperwork.

The role requires a valid Texas driver’s license, ability to lift up to 165 lbs., good communication, and the willingness to work in varying weather. BEK offers benefits and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments.
• Good oral and written communication skills; team environment participation.
• Motivated, results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Organized with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must read and write English; basic math skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physical ability to move products up to 165 lbs.; able to kneel, crouch, and bend.
• High school graduate or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build healthy relationships with retail customers and communicate needs.
• Safely unload orders at customer locations using hand truck or dolly.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers, displays; verify order accuracy.
• Count and confirm order completeness with customers; obtain signatures.
• Maintain clean, organized back stock areas and vehicle condition.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues to supervisor.
• Meet DOT and BEK safety and compliance standards while driving and loading/unloading.
