Job summary

AutoZone's store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service. As a Delivery Driver, you will help customers find parts and provide expert automotive advice while using company vehicles for timely deliveries.

We value safety, reliability, and strong teamwork. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, processing payments, and maintaining inventory and merchandise with attention to detail. Bilingual communication in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging customer service and automotive advice, and offer installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Operate company-provided vehicles, deliver parts safely and on time per route schedules.
• Load and unload parts, pick returns/cores, and handle related duties.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Process cash and card payments per company policies.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products and report issues with vehicles.
