Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to customers and commercial accounts; load and unload per route schedules.
• Maintain accurate delivery operations and follow company policies to meet time and accuracy goals.
• Handle returns, cores, and pick-ups from nearby stores or external vendors when required.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies (as applicable).
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems and report issues with delivery vehicles promptly.
