Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Lead with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems and keep delivery vehicles in good condition.
