Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
• Assist with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.

• Load and unload parts according to route plans and ensure accuracy.
• Process returns, cores, and pickups when applicable.
