Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Load and unload parts; drive company-provided vehicles to deliver to commercial customers per route schedules.
• Maintain delivery operations to meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Process returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Ensure safety by following PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely per company policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products via AutoZone systems.
