Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations with time and accuracy according to routes and company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and perform safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickup from nearby stores or external vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles; report issues promptly.
