Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ to apply.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations: time and accuracy targets, follow policies.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Process customer transactions securely per policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles; report issues.
