Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial customers and DIY shoppers with expert automotive advice and reliable delivery services. You will operate company-provided vehicles, load and unload parts, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company policy.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
