You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while providing expert automotive advice and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely deliveries, with a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge expected.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company vehicles and complete deliveries per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies while driving and working.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products and maintain vehicles.
