The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime, with an 18+ age requirement and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and operate with care.
• Ability to lift and load items as part of deliveries.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report issues with vehicles.
