Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver in the United States to provide reliable, safe, and timely automotive parts delivery to commercial customers and DIY shoppers. You will use company vehicles, follow schedules, and ensure accurate loading and unloading of parts with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, a valid license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED.
Exceptional communication with strong people skills in Spanish and English.
Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
Hazmat endorsement preferred: helpful for handling hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

Delivery Operations: Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries.
Load and unload merchandise per route schedules.
Returns & Pickups: Collect returns, cores, and parts from stores or outside vendors.
Safety Compliance: Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
Cash & Charge Transactions: Process customer payments securely per policy.
Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance: Stay updated on promotions and maintain delivery vehicles.
