Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting both commercial and DIY customers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals per policy.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to customers, loading/unloading per route.
• Collect returns, cores and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Process cash and card transactions per company rules.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
