Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers and offering automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel to maintain smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to customers.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts collections from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Keep delivery vehicles in good condition and report issues promptly.
