Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns and pickups as needed.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
