Northeastern Supply is hiring a Driver Associate for a full-time branch role in Carlisle, PA area. You will deliver complete, accurate, and on-time orders and represent the company professionally on each trip.

You will work with the distribution team to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability, while complying with DOT and safety regulations. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and maintaining documentation throughout routes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in distribution or driving roles.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform frequent ascents/descents from the truck.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck for operation by assisting loading, securing items, and verifying shipping papers.
• Deliver orders via the most effective route to meet time frames and customer needs.
• Document delivery, accuracy, and receipt; report discrepancies to the company.
• Maintain communication with the company during deliveries for updated instructions.
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to DOT and safety regulations.
• Inspect tires, lights, brakes, fluids, and other systems for safe operation.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and required safety documents.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Perform occasional warehouse and counter duties to support the team.
• Follow all company policies, safety initiatives, and handbook guidelines.
• Adhere to rules and regulations set forth by the employer.
