Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Delivery Driver based in New Castle, PA, to safely operate company vehicles and transport goods to job sites and offices. You will perform pre-trip inspections, load and unload materials, and maintain accurate delivery records while providing professional customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of delivery driving experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to travel within PA and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience driving delivery trucks or similar vehicles.
• CDL Class A or B preferred depending on vehicle type.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Experience with local or regional delivery routes preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50–70 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse processes helpful.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operates company delivery trucks or vans to transport products in a safe and compliant manner.
• Performs pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Loads and unloads materials using proper equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Safely operates forklift, pallet jacks and hand trucks to load and unload materials.
• Secures and transports materials to job sites and customer locations.
• Reviews delivery documents and obtains required delivery signatures.
• Communicates with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate routes and times.
• Plans routes to optimize timing and fuel usage.
• Maintains records of mileage, fuel usage, hours of service, and delivery logs.
• Follows safety policies and DOT regulations.
