S3 Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our growing Tyler, TX team. This is a Non CDL Delivery Driver role with paid training, a provided vehicle, and competitive pay. Full-time and part-time positions available with benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO.

You'll start and end at the warehouse, delivering packages in Tyler and surrounding areas, with a 4-day or 3-day workweek depending on full-time or part-time status. Training is provided and veteran-friendly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid non-provisional/non-restricted driver’s license (non CDL acceptable).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record required.
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Start and end your day at the warehouse and deliver packages across Tyler, TX and nearby areas.
• Load and unload packages from the vehicle.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the delivery vehicle.
• Follow local/state laws, road rules, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Use a smartphone for GPS, scanning, and team communication.
• Assist teammates with daily tasks and on rescue calls as needed.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various routes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and move 50–70 lbs with/without a hand truck.

Compensation:$22.50/hour (paid bi-weekly) + Health Insurance, Dental, Vision & PTO

What You Will Do: Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location and deliver packages throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route
• Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle at the warehouse each day
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on your company delivery vehicle
• Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their delivery routes
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

Additional Information

The hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
