Trek Delivery, LLC is seeking reliable delivery drivers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role offers a starting pay of $22.75 per hour, overtime, and bonuses, with a $600 sign-on payment across 90 days if eligibility is met.

Shifts usually start at 11am and run about 10 hours, 7 days a week, with a flexible full-time schedule (4 days by default) or part-time options. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Non-CDL position; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs and walk/stand for long periods.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles.
• Deliver packages on time and accurately.
• Load, sort, and unload 150+ packages per shift.
• Use smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, clocking in/out.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all conditions.
• Work independently and as part of a team; support colleagues as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety and compliance with policies.
• Adhere to local/state laws and company policies.
