Job summary

Trek Delivery, LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver (non CDL) in Solon, OH. Earn starting pay of $22.75/hour plus overtime and bonuses, with a $500 sign-on and retention bonus paid in two $250 installments over 60 days if eligible.

Shifts typically start at 11am, run about 10 hours, seven days a week; full-time drivers usually work 4 days (40 hours) per week. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Non CDL position; delivery experience not required.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record; multiple violations can disqualify.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screening (pre-employment testing not required for marijuana).
• Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time and safely drive company vehicles.
• Perform safety inspections and drive in all weather and road conditions.
• Comply with local/state laws, regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle stressful situations professionally.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure successful deliveries.
• Use smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, clocking in/out, and communications.
• Load, sort, and unload 150+ packages; lift up to 50 lbs and move heavier items as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a 24/7 driver-support team.
