Trek Delivery LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver in Solon, OH. The role involves delivering packages on time, safely operating company vehicles, and providing excellent customer service across varied routes and weather conditions.

Starting pay is $21.75/hour with overtime, bonuses, and a $500 sign-on/retention bonus. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, childcare navigation, health coverage, paid time off, and company-provided vehicle and gear.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screening (pre-employment testing for marijuana not included).
• Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles.
• Work in all weather, lighting and road conditions on various routes.
• Comply with local/state laws, road regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction under stress.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone for GPS, scanning, and clocking in/out.
• Load, sort, and unload 150+ packages into/out of the vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently; push/pull 50-70 lbs with hand truck.
