GetYourStuff LLC, an Amazon DSP, is seeking full-time delivery drivers. The role focuses on reliable, independent, flexible workers who handle packages, drive safely, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicative, and ready to grow with the company, with a potential path to supervisory roles as we expand. Veterans welcome and CDL experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid US driver’s license for at least 4 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company vehicle and follow laws and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; lift packages up to 50 lbs; work in all weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support daily work requirements including rescue calls when others need assistance.

Qualifications

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $23.25/ hour(paid weekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-day workweek (40 hours)is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keep paceinphysically demandingjob; work in allweatherconditions;liftpackages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must have held state driver’s license for at least4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have aclean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills

Additional Information

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
