GetYourStuff LLC, an Amazon DSP, seeks reliable delivery drivers for a Seasonal Full-Time role in Bel Aire, Kansas. You will deliver Amazon packages, drive safely, and ensure customer satisfaction during the peak season.

Shifts are 10 hours, with a 4-day workweek (40 hours). Pay is $24.00/hour, bi-weekly, with early wage access via ZayZoon and PTO accruing from day one. Potential for continued employment after peak based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a state driver’s license for at least 4 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time.
• Drive safely and inspect the vehicle and comply with laws and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service under pressure.
• Work in all weather conditions and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with the support team.
• Use a smartphone for GPS, scanning, clocking in/out, and communication with team.
• Load and unload packages.
• Support daily team needs and respond to rescue calls when needed.

Job Description

Pay & Scheduling:

• $24.00/hour(paid bi-weekly)
• Early access to earned wages available through ZayZoon— access a portion of your earned pay before your regular payday
• Seasonal Full-Time Position
• 10‑hour shifts are typical

• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle anddeliver packages on time
• Safelydrive and perform safetyinspectionson Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provideexcellent customer serviceand satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pacein aphysically demandingjob; work in allweatherconditions;lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must have held state driver’s license for at least4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have aclean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills
• Must be able tolift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position, including repeatedly entering and exiting a delivery vehicle, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
