Oerlikon is seeking a reliable and customer‑focused (1st shift 6a-2:30p) Delivery Driver to support our Agawam, MAproduction facility. In this role you will beresponsible for operating company vans and delivery vehicles to ensure the timely and accurate pickup and delivery of customer products to and from the Agawam coating facility. This role involves loading and unloading materials, goods, and equipment between various destinations as assigned. The Delivery Driver also prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pickup of goods.When not performing delivery duties, the Delivery Driver will support facility operations by assisting with production-related tasks and other assigned responsibilities.

Your Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Oerlikon is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position, which is $20.00 to $21.75per hour. Some positions within Oerlikon may also offer eligibility to participate in a discretionary incentive program. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for the role will be based on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, internal equity, job location, work experience, education, training, certifications, licenses, etc. Therefore, as compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual, it is likely that not all applicants will be hired at the highest end of the listed compensation range. Our total compensation package goes beyond base compensation and it will include a competitive benefits package starting with 2 weeks paid time off accrued on a monthly basis, 12 holidays, 48 hours personal/sicktime (exception for NY where we follow State law,)medical, dental, vision, 401K, holidays, pet insurance and tuition reimbursement all effective day one of hire.
