You must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should possess navigation skills to read a map, locate addresses within our delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

General job duties for all store team members include:
Training – Orientation and training provided on the job.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Exposure to varying climate conditions when delivering and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler areas to above 90°F. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts can occur.
Telling voices on the telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Must direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
Standing, walking short distances, and performing paperwork at a desk or table. Bulk product deliveries are unloaded by hand truck. Cases of ingredients and supplies can weigh up to 50 pounds. Large cans and pizza dough trays are carried or pushed, sometimes up to a 7.5‑pound force on dollies. Climbing stairs or ladders may be required; performing tasks that involve forward bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching above 72″. Eye‑hand coordination and frequent use of hands are essential.
